Voucher Process
Steps to obtain & redeem your voucher
Step 1
Application
When the application window opens, submit your information and supporting documents through the CA online portal.
Application windows are rolling – first open window begins Dec. 18, 2024
Step 2
Approval
Receive your approval notification and voucher code via email. Vouchers must be redeemed within 45 days.
Step 3
Choose a bike
All Xtracycle & Priority e-bike models are eligible for purchase with your voucher! Find which one will best fit your lifestyle and needs.
Step 4
Get your bike!
Once you've decided which e-bike you want, visit our Mill Valley location or contact the Xtracycle support team to help complete your purchase.
