We designed the newest line of Xtracycle everyday bikes to be built with everyday tools you likely already have or have access to. All you’ll need is a set of metric Allen wrenches, metric wrenches, socket tools, snippers, and a little bike grease.
Build times will vary with experience and familiarity building and maintaining bicycles. Moderate experience is recommended. In addition to assembling the bike, you will need to tune and adjust fenders, brakes, and gears, as well as check for proper tightness on all bolts. Any additional accessories will also need to be installed. We recommend all bikes assembled at home be looked over by a bike shop before use to ensure proper assembly.
We’re here to help! Our support team is ready to answer any questions that come up. Just send us an email at support@xtracycle.com. We will do our best to help you troubleshoot. If local assembly help is required, the service cost at your Local Bike Shop will not be covered by Xtracycle.
Please note that improper assembly may void your warranty on the bike or the parts.
We want you to love your new bike, but if it’s just not the right fit for you then we’ll gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt and 50 miles of riding. You can read more about our return policy here.
